Property Claim
Within
24-48 hours of the incident and damage to the property and once all parties
involved with the incident resulting in a claim have sought necessary medical
attention and services and proper communication has occurred to local
authorities and agents of the fraternity as well as the inter/national
headquarters, a formal claim should be submitted.
Property claims may be made by
contacted Willis at 1-800-736-4327 or after the hours of 8-5pm CST at
1-800-818-5619.
Additionally,
the local alumni/housing corporation should assure that all damage and loss is
properly mitigated and controlled. ServiceMaster
